Platelet-rich plasma (PRP/ACP) or autologous blood therapy is a regulatory treatment designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, activate the immune system, and support vegetative balance.
During the procedure, a small amount of blood is drawn from a vein, processed in a special centrifuge, and then injected into an affected joint or an inflamed tendon.
